Three new HC judges sworn in

Chennai: Three new judges were sworn in today by the Chief Justice of Sanjay Kishan Kaul.

With their appointment, the sitting strength of the court has been increased to 57, against the total sanctioned 75.

Newly appointed Registrar General R Sakthivel read out the warrant of appointments issued by the President of India.

The appointed judges are N Sathishkumar, N Seshasayee and R M T Teekaaraman.
