Justice Bharti Sapru gave one month’s time to the state government, the Director General of Police and the UP Police Recruitment Board to file their reply on the petitions filed by Deepak Rana and others.

The petitioners, all of whom belong to Other Backward Classes category, have alleged that they had been declared as failed despite having secured more than what was said to be the cut-off limit.
