, October 16, 2013(TNN): Bihar has recorded a 26% growth in collection during April to September this year, which is double the all-India growth rate.

Under the Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Scheme-2013, taxpayers can still pay their liabilities without any penalty or interest till December end.
